Mark Kelly takes 3rd at 500m TT at the Masters Nationals

The race was short and fast-paced. Although it was run as a handicap, the majority of the field consisted of C1 riders, so there was never any real expectation of catching the groups ahead. Instead, we approached it as if there were no groups in front and focused on racing from the gun. From the start, Sean and Liam were active and looking to get away. Orwell Wheelers featured prominently in the decisive breakaway at the Brian & Cora McNamara Memorial in Tuam, with Padraig Moran taking an impressive 4th place after an aggressive day's racing. Six years ago was the last time Orwell visited The Kingdom for the annual pilgrimage to TKAS. Fifteen Orwell members descended on Tralee for a fun-filled weekend away.
