Below are the results from the Youth Races, Lisney Women’s GP and the Stephen Roche GP. The event was run in association with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council as part of the Dundrum Festival 2017.

Over the last four weeks, youths have tearing around the cycle track in Corkagh Park, racing against their peers in weekly series. It continues this coming Bank Holiday Monday (June 5th) and every Monday over the Summer (ex. June 19th)

81 Riders from 25 Clubs descended on Corkagh Park for the 2017 running of the Scott Orwell Wheelers Youths One Day Stage Race.

The Crit Chronicles make their way down the N81 to Brittas for the fifth round’s Road Race.

Scott Orwell Wheelers are happy to announce the return of the Monday Night Youth Racing to Corkagh Park for the Summer of 2017. It will consist of two series, an Interclub League and a Weekly Prize Race series.

Noel O’Neill was the 1965 Irish National Road Race Champion, and a long time member of the club. Scott-Orwell Wheelers wanted to honor Noel’s achievements by creating this race in his honor.

This week we discovered two types of competitive personalities; Type A, who took advantage of the Easter holidays doing savage spins and Type B, who savaged Easter eggs, totally forgot about the bike and momentarily forgot how to pedal until they heard the whistle blow for the off.

Last night saw thirty five of the fifty registered riders turn up to Corkagh Park for Round 2 of the Scott Orwell Wheelers Women’s Crit League.
