Hammond Memorial TT 2013 Rescheulde Brian Mc Noel and Kieran Hammond Memorials 28 August 2013 The club will be running a 32.5km TT on Saturday September 14th as the Hammond Memorial event this year. As befitting a trophy which was originally awarded for a 50 mile time trial, this year the Hammond Memorial is taking shape as a rolly TT around the hills of Wicklow. Background: The Noel Hammond TT for A1/A2 Riders was first run in 1983, the year after Noel Died. It was run as a road race up to a few years ago when it was decided to change the format and run it as a TT due to restrictions on running road races from the Council, the Gardai & locals.
