Women’s Beginner Spins 2014

Orwell Wheelers are running a four week programme aimed at complete beginners, to give them a grounding in basic bike skills, and bring them to a point where they can take part in the regular Sunday club spins. Update: all signed up participants will have received an email, but the last class has been postponed until the 2nd November. This class will meet at 09.30 at Joe Daly Cycles as usual.

Participants should have:

• a road bike in good working order, with dropped handlebars

• a hard shell helmet

• at least a basic CI license

• Orwell membership is not required
