Winter Spins will be starting up again on the 23 rd of October, and therefore it is time for the annual roster of leaders and dispatchers to be published as well.

Please look at it and make a diary note of the dates you are scheduled for. All persons on the list voluntarily offered their services which were much appreciated.

If you would like to do a slot, and had not volunteered already watch the thread on the forum and pick up a slot when people are looking for swaps.

If you cannot do the date you are allotted, the onus is on you to find a sub for yourself. The thread should be used.

A leader’s information night was held recently held in Ballinteer Community School and information on what’s expected of you can be found here.

If it transpires that the numbers are bigger we may need to pull in additional resources, I will post accordingly. We do have white minders laid on for the two weeks when non-members arrive so they will take the strain there.

At the start of this winter season I request that all leaders strongly encourage riders whether new members or newly joined members to wear identification wrist bands. This message should be given out personally by all leaders from the start of the season.
