There will be a Youth Training Day with Aidan Hammond on Saturday September 30th. It is open to Boys and Girls aged 11 to 16.

There will be a Youth Training Day with Aidan Hammond on Saturday September 30th. It is open to Boys and Girls aged 11 to 16.

The on-bike skills will happen in Corkagh Park Cycling Track, with Aidan Hammond delivering a talk on “Winter Training Plans for Youth and Junior Riders” happening in The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel.

Attendees are requested to bring a Packed Lunch to keep their energy levels up through out the day’s events.

Closing date for entries is Friday 22nd of September.
