Stephen will share his insights and journey from a track/road cyclist to becoming a Head Coach at the highest level of racing.
There will be time for a Q & A but if you have any specific questions for Stephen, please email them in advance to Sean Walsh.
Stephen is currently the Head Coach for the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale cycling team and is known for his open and transparent approach to sharing professional training insights. A key part of his coaching is building trust and rapport with athletes, believing it is more important than having a perfect scientific plan that the athlete doesn't believe in.
We are very grateful to Stephen for his willingness to spare some of his valuable time with us and we will share the Zoom link a few days before the event.
He previously competed in track cycling and has worked with top cyclists such as Sam Bennett and Felix Gall.
