Roadside Repairs

Our Roadside Repairs and “Get Back in the Saddle Fast” Workshop took place in Ballinteer Community School recently, where Val Smith delivered a brilliant, hands‑on session for our members.

Participants brought their own wheels and through real, practical experience, learned how to change a tube after a puncture, re-join a chain and demonstrated the simplicity of popping on a rear wheel, with confidence.

It was fun, friendly, and genuinely empowering, giving riders the skills to get rolling again quickly.
