Orwell Wheelers are running a set of classes as a gentle introduction to group riding for women.

The classes will run over May and June, covering group technique and etiquette, as well as basic bike handling. The sessions will also help you build up your fitness and endurance.

Participants should have a good base level of fitness already. If you’re able to cycle 20km without a break, you’re ready! You should also have a road bike in good condition.

€10 covers you for all six sessions, though you must be a member of Orwell Wheelers for insurance reasons.

Dates and other details are in the poster – click below for a larger version. Please email orwellwomen@gmail.com for more information and to book your spot!
