Corkagh Park Women's League 2025 - Round 3

Last Tuesday we had another great evening of racing thanks to Belpark Tri Club who brought the summer sun along with lots of prizes and goodies from Gold Nutrition Ireland and Endurance Lab. thank you both for the amazing prizes!

15 women raced in a handicapped race with the A+ group taking 20 minutes to make the catch in what made for a very entertaining race. There were 2 primes, won by Holly McCaffrey (Longcourt WRT) and Aine Kelly (Orwell Wheelers CC)

The above results means its all change in the League standings. Congrats to Claire Diffley who has accumulated 80 points in the B league and earned her promotion to the A group.

B riders earn promotion to A group once they hit 70pts. Final League placings is based on your 5 best races. There are 7 races left in the series so plenty to race for!

There is NO Corkagh Park race next week. Instead it is the turn of the Orwell Wheelers CC Stephen Roche GP taking place on Wednesday 25th. It is the same format and distance as our CP races so we would encourage all riders to sign up for what is always a great race on a closed circuit loop in Dundrum. Always a brilliant night of racing!
