Racing Insights with Stephen Barrett - Fermoy to the TdF

We are delighted to announce that Stephen Barrett, Head Coach of the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale professional cycling team is joining us for a Zoom session at 19.00 on Tuesday, November 25th.

Stephen will share his insights and journey from a track/road cyclist to becoming a Head Coach at the highest level of racing.

There will be time for a Q & A but if you have any specific questions for Stephen, please email them in advance to Sean Walsh.

Stephen is currently the Head Coach for the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale cycling team and is known for his open and transparent approach to sharing professional training insights. A key part of his coaching is building trust and rapport with athletes, believing it is more important than having a perfect scientific plan that the athlete doesn't believe in.
